Just received 250 of these yesterday after noon. I'm getting ready to load them for testing. Will be using 4 different powders. Before I started loading I took 20 random bullets and measured & weighed them. The weights were all within 2gr. and the diameters were all within 1/1000 inch. 1. Packaging was excellent. 2. They look really good very uniform & shiny. 3. The weights were accurate and uniform. I will be running these through a Kimber Custom. I will let you know how they do. So far I'm very pleased with the product.
Well I'm back to let you know how these bullets loaded with 4 different powders went. Unique,Bullseye,SR4756 and WST. Couldn't be happier. Very accurate and every round fed with no problems. Even during rapid fire.120 rounds total,30 rounds with each powder. Used cases and primers from the same lot. The powders were the only variable. Not a single problem. Will be buying more in the near future.
Coal 1.180 in.

Neither of the 2 reviews above says anything about the OAL used during loading. This bullet needs some specific information about recommended seating depths, etc. We also know that magazine type will influence feeding. Finally, the particular gun might or might not have proper feed ramp geometry to feed these bullets. They are harder to feed than SWC and will jam up a 1911 harder than I have ever seen with the cartridge rim still in the magazine and the nose hard against the magazine well. There is no clearance drill for this particular malfunction because the magazine will not come out of the gun.

I purchased these bullets with the intent use in practical pistol competition. I found them very accurate in two guns. Ruger 1911,and XDM 5.25 comp. No issues in the 1911, failed to feed miserably in the striker double stack XDM. With a max count loaded magazine they would FTF 2-3 times per mag. 3 brand new mags tested. Tried 5 different COALs. All failed. Also tried 200gr plated SWC, with same FTF issues. I shoot 200gr SWC hard cast all day with no issues. Shot 2 matches both with 70+ round counts no issues. I have no issues with round nose in any wt. I only rate 2 stares because they did work in my 1911.
